The ED (electrostatic discharges) catalog provides access to the observational data of the Solar system planets observations carried out by UTR-2 radio telescope Since the first successful UTR-2 detection (2006) of Saturn Electrostatic Discharges (SED) we started broad searching and investigating program devoted to sporadic planetary decameter radio emission (Electrostatic Discharges, ED). Results of UTR-2 observation in 2007 and 2010 improved high sensitivity of radio telescope and possibility of receiving equipment.. The catalog include short files of data *.dsd, *.txt files with main information about observation and *.jpeg file that illustrate time profile and dynamic spectra at frequencies 15–33 MHz.
