The Conference covers a wide area of research in radiophysics and electronics that

includes but is not limited to:

 Microwave and THz electronics (microwave generation and plasma interactions)

 Active and passive radars, wave propagation and remote sensing

 Solid-state radiophysics (nano- and metamaterials, solid-state plasma)

 Computational and experimental electromagnetics (antennas, mw-circuits)

 Biophysics (molecular, cell and organs complex systems)

 Optics and photonics (photonic crystals, lasers, nonlinear optics, optic devices and measurements)

 Radioastronomy and astrophysics

Conference sessions will include oral, poster presentations, webinars and invited review talks by leading scientists on conference topics. We welcome contributions from graduate students, post-graduates and young scientists under 35 years old working in any of the above-mentioned or related fields. Working languages of the Conference are Ukrainian, Russian and English. Organizers strongly encourage participants to make presentations in English. Papers should be submitted by uploading a 1-page doc-file to the Conference website (http://www.ysc.org.ua). Authors are requested to use the template when preparing their submission.

 

Submission Deadline - 30 September 2013

 

The Best Young Scientist Presentation Competition will be held during the Conference. Papers will be evaluated by the originality, novelty practical importance, degree of personal contribution and level of presentation.

 

 

Foreign participants: no visa to enter UAis required for citizens of FSU, EU, USA, UK and Japan. Visitors from the other countries have to contact the Ukrainian embassy for the information. The invitation letters will be sent upon request. Assistance with accommodation and transport will also be provided. Financial support: limited travel grants will be provided.
