This e-Newsletter is to announce three new documents of interest to all IAU Individual Members, to be found on the IAU web site:
1) Reminder: The final version of the "Rules & Guidelines" (Sect.3 on http://www.iau.org/science/meetings/rules/) concerning the new meetings format for General Assemblies (see the IAU e-Newsletter Vol. 2013 n°2), to be used for the Honolulu GA in 2015, has been posted on July 29. The deadline for submission of Letters of Intent is next Sep. 15.
2) The latest issue of the IAU Information Bulletin (IB112) can de downloaded from the "News" announcement appearing on the IAU home: http://www.iau.org/science/news/178/
3) The document entitled "Public Naming of Planets and Planetary Satellites: Reaching Out for Worldwide Recognition with the Help of the IAU", produced by the Executive Committee Task Group on "Public Naming of Planets and Planetary Satellites", can also be downloaded from the "News" announcement: http://www.iau.org/science/news/179/
